  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product should be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Undergarments and intimate wear.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Our team will assist you with the return instructions and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the item meets the return eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please reach out to our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • In case of damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
